・許可を得た被写体以外の方が映り込まないようにご配慮をお願いします。
・フラッシュを使用した撮影は禁止です。
・一脚・三脚等を用いるなど、他のお客様のご迷惑になるような撮影は原則禁止とさせて頂きます。
・撮影した写真や映像/音声をInstagram、Facebook、X(Twitter), TikTokをはじめとするインターネット上へ公開する場合、相手方または映り込んだ被写体の方などにその旨を必ず確認し、事前了承のもと行ってください。無断でアップロードされますと肖像権侵害の恐れがございます。十分にご配慮ください。
・イベント運営に支障をきたすと思われる場合、スタッフの判断で個別に注意させて頂く可能性がございます。スタッフの指示に従って頂きますようお願い致します。
– When you take a photo or a video of a photographic object, please ensure to gain his/her approval first. Please give extra consideration for a female object.
– Please ensure no other objects other than the agreed/approved photographic object are included in the said photo/video.
– Taking a video or a photo with a flash is prohibited.
– As a general rule, it is prohibited to take a video or a photo by using a monopod, a tripod or any other activities which may cause trouble against other customers.
– Upon disclosing the said photo, image and audio over the internet (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), please ensure to gain a prior approval from the photographic object and others whose images are included in them. Uploading an image without consent may cause an infringement on the right of publicity. Due consideration must be spent on this.
– Based on our staff’s discretion, a warning may be given to a participant if he/she is deemed to be causing a trouble against our event operation. Please follow our staff’s instruction. Thank you.
